Today’s sneak peek is about breathing. I’m assuming you are all breathing right now. but do you have gratitude for your breath and for the clean fresh air and healthy lungs that allows you to breathe?
Most of us don’t use our breath to its full potential. If you explore the different breathing techniques that exist, you will find that there are many and they all contribute to health of mind and body. This explains just one type of breathing called “mindful breathing”.
And if you’re new to the blog and don’t know about the book, here’s that story:
As some of you may know, I wrote a book with another blogger by the name of Florence Strang at 100 Perks of Cancer. Even though Flo lives on “The Rock” (Newfoundland Canada…not Alcatraz) and I live in the southeastern USA, we managed to put this 448 page book together using skype and e-mail. We just met for the first time several weeks ago.
We began writing in April 2012, and the book is finally available on Amazon! Yay!
To celebrate, we wanted to give you even more of a sneak peek than is already out there. We will be posting one chapter of the book for the next 10 days leading up to the launch on August 23rd in Nashville at the National Women’s Survivor’s Convention.
